Improved

Q1 2026 OnlinePay

What's new

  • Digital wallets are now enabled during onboarding, allowing you to accept wallet payments from day one. This reduces setup time and means you can start transacting and capturing sales faster.
  • Merchant Choice Routing (MCR) has been enabled. MCR routes eligible transactions to eftpos instead of Visa/Mastercard. This change is expected to be cost neutral and may reduce charges in some cases.
  • When a refund fails or is declined, the dashboard now shows a more accurate error state and displays the failure reason directly on the screen, so you don’t have to dig into transaction details to understand what went wrong.
  • For virtual processed in-store transactions, you can now access both merchant and customer receipt copies in the transaction view. These receipts can also be emailed to the customer.
  • The dashboard and reporting now distinguish whether a refund was processed in-store or online, including a new Virtual sales channel filter and clearer reporting values.
