## Overview

This feature allows you to customise your report by selecting the transaction details you need to be included in the report and controlling access to the report within your organisation. You can create new report templates for exporting reports to best suit your business needs.

>
> Only users with the Merchant Admin role can create and manage custom report templates.

## Creating a custom report template

To create a custom report template:

1. Log in to the OnlinePay dashboard and navigate to **Commerce > Reporting > Orders/Transactions**.
2. Select any filter other than the date range.
3. Click **Export CSV** when it appears, then click **Manage templates**.
4. In the **Transactions report templates** page, click **Create template**.
5. On the **Add template** page, provide the following information:

   * **Template name**: Enter a name for the template.
   * **Organisation**: Select the organisation for which you want to create the template. Optionally, select the `Share to all sub-organisations` checkbox to share the template with all sub-organisations of the selected organisation.
   * **Report content**: Select the transaction details you want to include in the report. You can select as many details as you need. Alternatively, if you want to include all details, click the `Select all fields` checkbox.

For more information about reporting filters, see [Reporting filters](https://merchants.westpac.com.au/onlinepay/docs/reporting-filters).
6. When you have finished, click **Save Template**.

The template is now available for use when exporting reports from the **Export CSV** drop-down **Report Template** list on the **Orders/Transactions** page.

You can also edit or delete templates that apply to your organisation from the **Transactions report templates** page.
