Pay by Link Automation via email and SMS

Merchants will be able to send payment links directly from the OnlinePay Dashboard via email and/or SMS, eliminating the need to manually copy and paste links.

Address and Phone Number Receipt Suppression

Upon request, the first two lines of a merchant’s trading address and / or phone number can be hidden from customer receipts. This helps protect the privacy of merchants who operate from their home address.

Contact the Merchant Helpdesk to request address and / or phone number suppression on your receipts.

Wildcard search on Terminal ID filter

Merchants can now search for transactions across the entire fleet in the OnlinePay dashboard using a wildcard pattern search on the Terminal ID filter.

This allows merchants to view transactions across all sites for a specific class of device (e.g., all drive-through terminals) in a single search.

Digital wallets enabled by default for new merchants

All new merchants have Apple Pay and Google Pay™ digital wallets enabled by default.

Existing merchants who have not yet enabled digital wallets still need to enable digital wallets through the Dashboard.
