What's new
Customer catalogue
Merchants can now manage and store customer information in the OnlinePay dashboard. The customer catalogue allows you to create and manage customer profiles, which can be used to streamline the payment process for returning customers.
You can select a customer from your customer catalogue when creating a Pay by Link payment.
See Customer Catalogue for more information.
Easily locate the User ID
Merchants can now easily locate their User ID in the OnlinePay dashboard on their My Account page under General information. The User ID is a unique identifier for your OnlinePay account and is used to authenticate your requests to the OnlinePay API.
See Locate your User ID for more information.
Surcharge on reports
Merchants can now view surcharge amounts on the OnlinePay full dashboard reports, or as an optional field to display on custom reports. This allows you to see the surcharge amount applied to each transaction, providing greater transparency and helping you to reconcile your accounts more easily.
Surcharge is not shown on basic reports.

Wallet filters on report scheduler
Merchants can now filter by wallet type when scheduling reports in the OnlinePay dashboard. This allows you to generate reports that are specific to a particular wallet type (Apple Pay or Google Pay), making it easier to track and analyse transactions across different payment methods.
