Getting started with the OnlinePay dashboard

OnlinePay

The OnlinePay dashboard is a secure online portal that allows you to manage your merchant facility. You can use the OnlinePay to:

  • View and manage transactions.
  • Take payments online using Pay by Link, Hosted Payment Pages, API, or Virtual Terminal (for approved merchants).
  • Generate reports.
  • Set up and manage user roles.
  • Customise your payment pages.
  • Access API credentials and other required keys for integration.
  • Configure your rules for accepting payments from overseas customers, set limits on transactions, and manage fraud settings.

Please note, OnlinePay is supported by our payment partner, Verifone. You may receive emails from [email protected] depending on the features used within the product. We recommend you add this email address to your trusted contacts or address book.
